Kristen Basey was so awesome. She explained the coverages for my Car insurance in a way that made since. I was also in the market for life insuranxe. Her attention to detail gave me the sense of security that I needed and I am so very pleased with the plan she helped my family put together. Bart Hile Agency is tops

Great people!! They made me feel like a part of the family.. Hope I never have a claim but, I feel like they will be there for me. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Unfortunately I had a claim (never fun) - Bart's agency worked well as a team to answer all my questions and get things settled! Received a check quickly. Friendly service - Highly Recommended!

Worst service I have ever had. After being with Bart for 6 years with out ever making a claim I finally needed him and he blew me off. He had his receptionist call to tell me that my family were bad customers even though in those 6 years with out ever making a claim all my policies were paid on time and in full. With having a house and 4 vehicles I would think I could get at least some kind of customer service. Do not recommend at all!!!!!!
