  Cheaper going with amazon, and it is delevired to my door. Checking out at the register was WAY too long. Graphic novel selection was poor. Doubt I will be back.

  Great Place to purchase books, Study for classes, Drink Starbucks Coffee inside the Cafe. . My daughter loves to come here to do Homework instead of being at home. Great Vibe here!

  Great selection! The Starbucks inside of this Barnes and Noble has the nicest employees! The Barnes and Noble employees are super helpful as well! You can get into the mall easily but it doesn't feel like you're in the mall. (The tables are just a little small if you plan on working with a group inside the Starbucks area though.)

  The Starbucks in the back of the store is super cute and beneficial for the book store. Its very peaceful with soft music in the background, the environment in the store overall is smooth, the vibe is crazy mellow. I legit just love it!!!

  I definitely love going to B&N when I have the time to graze. This location is a good one... We'll laid out and friendly staff. I actually purchased a board game and fashion plate game this time around, so they have more than books.

  This store is AMAZING! The Store Management team is World Class and all of the employees are awesome as well! I have never had a bad experience and would never visit another Bookstore. Thank you Barnes and Noble Augusta for making me feel like I'm the most important person in your store EVERY TIME I visit.

  Nice size store and they have a good selection of other novelties as well. They have a Starbuck as well and the employee seemed very friendly.

  Worst customer service ever. Matt is an awful store manager and Charlene is an awful sales associate as well. I will never set foot in this store again. If you need something, you will come out better ordering from Amazon instead I did!!!

  Rented a book last year, and either forgot to return it, or returned it and it wasn't logged into the system. Either way, today I receive a letter from collections. Not once was I notified by Barnes and Noble last year about a late rental or that I was going to be charged the difference. Checked my B&N account and it says completely different information than what they were telling, but of course, the customer is always wrong. I will never rent/buy from here again.
