We had lunch today at the Mishawaka location, we ordered a large half sausage and half green pepper and mushrooms. we got half green pepper and mushroom and cheese. I said something to the gentlemen that there was no sausage and he told me that it was under the cheese when I sat down and pulled back the cheese and no sausage, when I went back to the counter the kitchen manager, I showed them a slice to show no sausage and asked for a refund for the missing ingredient they gave me about .75 cents told me the cook said he put sausage under the cheese and stuck with his story. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and have never been this disappointed and insulted by someone insinuating that I wasn't telling the truth who clearly made a mistake, I understand about making mistakes and that's OK I wasn't making a big deal. I will not be coming back.
It cost me $23.00 and the service was compared to being treated as if it were a $10.00 pizza

Best pizza ever! We drive 140 miles round trip to enjoy it. Great roast beef sandwiches and big Pub Burgers, too.

Absolutely disgusting experience. My girlfriend and I ordered a small pizza to share and salad bar for each of us. The salad bar was the best part of our experience which even that was mideocre. Got out pizza and I went to get a couple of plates for us and I went thru about half a dozen forks and plates because they were no where near clean. Honestly looked like they just rinsed and dried everything. Pizza was just disgusting, barely any sauce and the sausage was not cooked all the way. Also we got a pitcher of pop for a little over $7 and they do not even offer refills. Don't waste your money here, Go a little bit farther down the road and get Bruno. Yes they are a little more expensive but you actually get what you pay for there.

Came in today for my fiances birthday. He had never been there before tonight. We ordered two diff sandwiches. Mine was supposed to have cheese on it his was supposed to med rare n no tomatoes. Along the side we ordered a full order of jaulpano poppers which from what I read on the menu was supposed to be 10. Granted they were pretty busy. So we got our number orders n our drinks sat down n waited about 20-25 mins before our order was called. For out main course. Our poppers had not been called out. So I assumed being busy no big deal. We got done with both our meals about 45 mins into being there and they still had not called for our poppers. So I kindly went up and asked the lady to just make it to go. No problem. They got it right up for us and apologized for the wait. I get home and later on we both decided we wanted a snack. Go to warm up our poppers and realize there is only 5 in the box of 10 we ordered. I've been here a few times in the past but not recently and I'm not very pleased with tonight's visit. Very disappointed due to the fact that I praised how good the service n food was to my fiance n that he needed to try it.

I've been to this location several times and I continually get great food but absolutely terrible service. The employees seem annoyed to have me do business with them. Do yourself a favor and go to the barnaby's on Jefferson in South Bend where you can get the same great food and service!

It was a nice setting and they have a cool crossy road touch arcade game.

The food was rough. The pizza was terrible, and the breaded cauliflower tasted fishy (not like suspect fishy but really like trout) I am assuming any fried foods you get there will have a fish taste. The garlic bread with cheese was pretty good.

Also ordering was weird because you order off a ticket at one side and then have to go pay separately at another window for a Pepsi or whatever you feel inclined to drink. There are no free refills you buy the drinks by the glass or pitcher.

Order total was 42.67 for pizza, breaded cauliflower, cheese bread and a pitcher of Pepsi.

It was an interesting expirence, but I would not order the all meats pizza.

Pizza was good, tuna steak sandwich was ok. Didn't like the set uphas to make two transactionsonce to order food, then wait in line again to order soft drinks from the bar. They should consider that for anyone paying with cardswhich most people dothey are doubling their merchant fees with this approach, so not only inconvenient to me, but less cost effective for them.

Would go back, get a pizza only.

Oh my goodness!! $20.00 for a "large" cheese pizza!! Ok, here is what you need to know. This Barnaby's is not associated at all with the Barnaby's on Jefferson in South Bend. The online menu does not represent this restaurant. So, if you go to the online menu for Barnaby's it is not for this restaurant and the Barnaby's on Grape Rd is aware of the situation and does not seem to care. At least that is the message they conveyed to me when I questioned why I was paying $10+ more than what I thought I would be paying on my carry out order. Why would I go back to this restaurant when I can go to Barnaby's on Jefferson for better service, pizza, and prices

The tables were dirty. The whole time I was there I didn't see anyone whip a table. The whole restaurant was loud and unorganized. The pizza was just ok. Not worth the 40 minute wait.

My wife and i stoped in to check the place after her doctors appointment. We're fromElkhart so we have heard of the place but had never eaten there. I ordered cheeseburger and my wife got the ribeye sandwich. Best damn cheeseburger I've ever had and my wife loved her ribeye. We loved the food so much we ordered 2 pizzas to go.i couldn't believe how good the pizza was, blew my mind. I'm a huge pizza fan and was very impressed with their pizza. Unfortunately from Elkhart it's a far drive but the next time my wife as a doctor's appointment I know where my ass is eating!!!!!

Ordered pizza for pick up and was told it would be 39-40 min. Got there right at 40 min mark. Waited another 5 min to be told it would still be at least 30 min. Pizzas were still not in the oven but hey we're made. Manager seemed to honk that was perfectly fine since they were busy! I will Never order pizza from here or waste my time with this place again. Normal occurrence!

Good luck trying to figure out just what's going on.. Also better like sitting old wood bench's with cold drafty air coming in through the walls/ceiling/doors.. Just eat fast and leave or do what most locals do.. Carry Out
