Nothing really unique like you could get at a smaller jeweler. Prices we found better than the jewelry exchange for certain items. If you are looking for unique items seek out a smaller independent jeweler

My girlfriend and I have been shopping here for 2+ years now. Prices are always reasonable and as an added bonus they offer a military discount which has gone a long way for me. A particular highlight is Marie, the only associate we choose to deal with. Not because the rest are lacking in anyway in customer service, but Marie has always gone out of our way for us. From being patient in actually hearing what I want to get to guiding me through the confusing world that is jewelry, I wouldn't have been so comfortable with it now had it not been for her. A true shining example of customer service.

My fiancé went to Barmakian jewelers for my engagement ring. I couldn't be happier with the quality and beauty of my ring. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back to get our wedding bands.

Not happy with their quality of jewelry repairs. Very good selection of fine jewelry, not all the staff is knowledgeable about how to properly handle gold and should be reminded if they fail to do so properly.

My first experience here despite having lived in the area my whole life and I must say I regret not having shopped here sooner. The staff showed me around for what I was looking for and actually listened to what I said and then (here's the most important part) left me to browse until I had further questions. Most other jewelry stores hound you from the second you walk in and it was a wonderful breath of fresh air to be left to think and browse until I got an idea of what I wanted. The very friendly associate then returned to get out of the case the item I wanted to buy. I will be returning here for future jewelry and watch purchases.

Things were good for the few minutes I was able to get helped from Lee to show me 4 settings. I explained I was asked for 3 months to come in and choose what I like. I found 1 more ring I wanted see but he had already gone somewhere else. I walked around the rings for a half hour and noone else would even acknowledge me to see if I needed anything. A guy came up to look at rings and a lady immediately approached him without him having to wait. Maybe things would have been better if I had my boyfriend come in with me?

My fiance (male) and I (male), went into the store to look at Wedding Bands for the second time and no luck.

We both have done well in the real estate market, but besides being a gay couple, we enjoy our hoodies and sweats, like the average male, on our days off.

Five sales people stood there. Five. They just stared at us. Then a male and female approach the counter they were all eager to help. Well, I would never ask everyone to accept our way of life, because I am a firm believer you have the right to think whatever you want to think, but if are going to work in the service industry you very get used to us coexisting

Anyways, I got a Tiffany & co wedding band instead of a one off. Pleased with that! Like minded couples like ourselves You're money is best doesn't somewhere other than here.

Twice this happened!! Not once! So I would give zero stars if that was an option

I purchased an engagement ring from Jose and just can't say enough great things about him. He's knowledgeable and very attentive to what I was looking for throughout the whole process. I also spoke to Cheryl and John on my 2nd visit who helped make the experience even better by supporting Jose while he was unavailable at first (which was my fault for showing up later than I said I would be). Great experience; great team!

My fiance came in your Nashua store in September to get me an engagement ring. Our 4 year anniversary was on the 28th and I was having surgery a week before. His plan was to propose on the 28th but that would not have been fun seeing I would be in recovery. He went to your store on the 15th, picked out the ring and picked it up on the 16th. Sascha was more than intentive with him. He helped my fiance (Brian) pick out the perfect setting and diamond! My fiance explained that I am not a flashy girl and I am not materialistic. I have very tiny fingers and he helped him with the perfect ring! He explained all the characteristics of the diamond and my fiance did not in any way feel pressured. I had to bring my ring back to get sized and your customer service was great! I even got my ring back sooner than the date expected. While picking up my ring I was able to meet Sascha and thank him for everything. He was very familiar with me (not even meeting me), my ring and my fiance. Barmakian Jewelers is a wonderful place and we could not be happier!
