Contrary to the comments with bad experieneces. Mine have been great so far. Been going there for 2+ years. Friendly staff, that do not try and push sales on you. They win you over with customer service. Technology wise, it would be nice to have one of those ATMs that can dispense bills in different amounts and not just 20s. Thank you.
After 3 days of trying to contact they do not answer their phone and there is no option to leave a message - frustrating as we are out of town

Friendly tellers but never more than 2 people working and a few others roaming around not really doing anything.
I've been going here for about 8 months and didn't have any complaints or problems until today. There's a new girl here (for about 3 months) and she's not the nice type of person. A while ago I went in with comchecks and she was a little clueless about what to do. I didn't have a problem with her asking the other employees, since she was probably starting out.
Today I went in with 3 comchecks and I told her to cash them first and then deposit. She replied she cannot do that since they were my husband's comchecks.
I was surprised. I've been coming here for 8 months, depositing comchecks for my husband in our account, and never had a problem. The girl who was here before was very competent and always did the job right. This girl doesn't seem to have knowledge of what she's doing and doesn't even bother to treat the client nicely (at least smile, don't look like you hate your job).
I tried to explain to her that I've been helped before by other ladies and never had a problem. Her reply? "I'M SORRY, I CANNOT NEGOTIATE." Seriously?? Do you have the feeling that I come to this bank to negotiate?? All I asked for was a service and if you cannot do it, then explain why not since the other ladies with more experience did it. Try to learn some people skills, if you want to keep working with people.
Everytime I go into this bank there are only 2 people working. There is always a huge line and 2 people working...then a manager walking around the place doing nothing. ..why is this place even here if there is no drive through and only 2 people working? What a waste of a bank! Works banking experience every time I walk in...only to deposit cause i would never actually bank with Bank Of America.
The staff at this branch are the friendliest I've come across. You can tell the moment you walk in that they have been trained to make you feel at home and they do it without it feeling phony. Great crew.
