Terrible experience, with the actual bank and call center rep Shae-Lynn! Only the ATM address is listed in this area. Whatever you do make this financial institution your very last choice, if that!

It's the only Bank of America location in the whole flippin' state. BoA is maybe one of, if not the worst, big banks in America. Their business practices are shameful. The ATM is cool though.

If I could give less than one star I would. This machine has been broken for over a week. Call the bank to complain about it, and I'm an idiot. The only one in Cleveland area and I can't put cash into the account. I Will be changing banks.

Online I can see bank of america ATM at 3265 w market st, akron, ohio 44333.
Reality is NO ATM bank of america there.
Please, somebody will fix it, so people don't have to drive here everyday.

Called into general line to get rates and information on a contract I am currently in. Spoke with loan officer Justin 1092265. Very pushy and wouldnt offer any information without my ssn. I wanted rates first. He pushed me to the website. I asked if he could help. He got snarky and said "well let ME go to the website for YOU". I called in to get customer service and test the waters, not to talk to a pissy immature asshat that doesnt want to work for a dollar. He gave me info from the website which had points to buy for the advertised rate. I asked for a 0 pt rate to comare apples to apples with. He said "about 4%". I asked if he could firm up the numbers - I spoke with 5 other lenders and they all had no problem speaking with me. He said "no, thats about what it is." I told him he was pushy and lost the business for being difficult to speak with. He laughed and hung up. Great job Bank of America with this one. Good luck letting business go to USBank!!! Thanks Justin ID 1092265 for helping me realize before I spent time with your dumb ass that youre clearly not the person I want handling my jumbo loan.

Ohio customers need to know that there is NO branch in OH, only ATM. Long holding times and then transferred to incorrect departments. My debit card was expedited, but the mail with the pin # was coming via ordinary mail. (No sense). I was talking to an associate and was explaining that I needed to pay some bills with cash, she had the nerves to argue that I can pay everything using Cr. I waited 3 days to pay my bills and is unable too because now I have to wait for a pin. If you are from Ohio, B of A is not recommended.
