Knowledge and pleasant staff. They have earned my business for life. I purchased a compound bow at another location and it just didn't feel "right". This being my first bow, I didn't know what was wrong. The arrows just went in every direction but straight. Took Sam and Jay under 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong and fix it. The arrow rest was loose, the quiver mount was mounted upside down, the site was also loose. As well as a few other things were wrong like the draw length. Jay came outside with me to there range and had me hitting paper in moments.
I regret not purchasing my bow there in the first place. But they put me at ease with the bow I purchased at the other location and got me all squared away. I have not regretted a single purchase I have made there.

Highly recommend this shop!!! Very helpful staff, helped me choose my first compound bow. Didn't look at me like I was crazy for asking questions. Had some issues with the peep and they fixed it for me free of charge. Very friendly people, will definitely go back soon!!! Thanks guys!

I called Banger's from Missouri to buy my father a firearm via telephone. Excellent transaction performed by courteous and knowledgeable employees. Due to no fault of Banger's firearm had to be returned. Received no hassle at all. I did lose 6% of my refund due to using my charge card which was very understandable since that's what the credit card company charges them. Companies like this are a minority. Thanks Banger's.
