  Bandit has been my supplier of chippers for about 20 years. Never felt a need to look anywhere else. The people in the parts department are personable and extremely helpful. Parts ship the same day. Just his week I ordered my first Bandit stumper. The company seems like family. Down side: sometimes they get busy at the parts desk.

  Every phone call, asking for help in troubleshooting very time I get the answers I need with patience and respect for my circumstance!!! Dustin and Dave (in service), thank you. Also in times past I've been put directly in touch with the design/build team. other times they have been able to conference in the engine manufacturer specific service team.. amazing professionalism.
  Note: if you're asking for help have a test light and a smartphone so you are able to email pictures and described in real time the issues you're experiencing you will be guaranteed to get answers!

  wrong parts again wheel motor seal kit cost me $50.fuel two trips to remus bearings &races removing wrong kit at $90. seal kit 3 times higher
  then market price serial # on machine mean nothing had too figure out
  seal kit # then bring it to there attention they dont care

  Do not buy a machine from this company if they do not have a service provider in your area. Their Parts and Service departments do not answer their phones and do not return calls when you leave them a message.

  if you have a choice don't buy bandit has the worst customer service will not call back for parts for days i have 3 bandits and i will sell them to buy a vermmer chipper where parts are esay to get 2 white guys trees las vegas nevada
