Great Irish joint. Live music is always good too.

I had an excellent time here seeing a local band! The venue was great, although rather small. The service is typically pretty good but once it gets crowded it can be tough to get a server's attention. Ballydoyle is decorated beautifully and really feels like an authentic Irish pub.

FANTASTIC! Had an excellent time there seeing one of the local bands! The venue was great, the band was right there with the crowd, and the service was wonderful! Great drinks, helpful staff, and beautiful location! The venue is full of history, absolutely loved the decor and it was everything an Irish pub should be! The bartenders even remembered me by name, and we had great, quick service, which is unusual during a busy night at any pub. Highly recommend!

Great tap selection, live music, and steps from parking deck. Wim-win-win.

Only one visit (I'm from out of town).

Great atmosphere (if a bit loud).

Got corned beef tacos. Great creativity and good flavors, but would prefer to have my meal served on a plate, not a wood board. I hate that trend. Husband got shepherd's pie; he enjoyed it and especially liked the piped on whipped/mashed potatoes. We both also enjoy dessert (mini donuts and bread pudding).

Server was busy with a large, drunk group, but she was as attentive as she could be.

The guy playing music outside was great and appropriate for an Irish pub. The band inside was OK, but I was hoping for more Celtic music.

    Prices were on par.

All in all, I would visit often if I lived in the area.

Honestly a great place. Only 4 stars because i am sure there may be better. But this is teally a great place. Only 1 server and she was on top of everything. And the bouncer was extremely knid and courteous. Great local bar. Wish i was more local.

Always pleasant. During the day, music is low, often trad Irish, so you can talk. Nice menu, but is getting pricey. Servers are friendly. Patio for sunny warm days. Weekends offer live music.

Loved it! First time there. Sat outside where it's uniquely decorated like a quaint euro-village street. Good service and great food. Salad called "The Shredder" was again unique in it's blend of fresh ingredients and a creamy, sweet poppyseed dressing. We also had an appetizer of corned beef and cream cheese, breaded and deep fried! Delish! Nice to have a change from the same old choices at most places. We were there early, but posting showed nightly live bands on their inside small stage adjacent to the bar. We'll definitely be back to check that out! Highly recommend!!

The place has a very rustic feel to it. I was there for a baby shower so we were in a private room, but the place itself was amazing. The service was great, I'm surprised they could keep up with my crazy family. There was a live band too, but we left before that occured. I really would have liked to see them. The food was amazing toooverall a great experience.

Went with friends last night. $10 cover at the door. Ordered drinks and food. Got first beer within 30 min, at 1hr 30 still no food. Only order fried pickles and chips. Still no second beer. At 2 hours we left. Terrible service. Needed to have more help.

Great Irish pub wroth Irish live music. Sometimes they seem slow with service. Otherwise, I would give them a five.

This place is great. I love the food especially the corned beef bites. I have also had the fish and chips, beef & Guinness stew and shepards pie. The live entertainment is good, and the outdoor seating is great when the weather is nice. The hold back I had for five stars is once in awhile you get someone from service that disappears for 1/2 an hour getting drinks, and the place is not packed.

Love the venue, food could be better although I will say last night's meal was a step up from my previous two visits. Glass beer came in could have been cleaner (something was crusted on outside of glass). Service was OK.
