I called to get a payoff on the car and it took like 45 min for someone to pick up the phone 1st and after that I had to talk to lady name Shay and she said without the member numbers or any other thing she ask they won't give you nothing then I ask for manager and he was worst then her big attitude and they talk to you like they are Chase or Bank of America I've worked for over 18 years as a financial advisor and I've never seen this lol You can't even pay them God lord if you ask them for money you need to give them a kidney

Great Service! Hosts community picnics among other events, etc. It was worth my time!!! Couldn't have chose a better place to bank. Credit Unions are also much better than banks. It's no hassle, and the members are more of a family than just members into he community. They show how much they love our community more than words can say!

This place was recommended by a friend so I tried it out for a motorcycle loan. Gave them my information over the phone and was told they would call me back. 4 days later I call them to see what's going on, they didn't have my application or none of my information so I did it a second time for the same thing. This time they called me back 2 days later but I couldn't answer due to work. I called back the following day and once again didn't have me in the system or any clue about my application. A waste of time and a waste of my credit being run twice.
