I had the BEST customer service from Bald Eagle Towing. John, was the young man, sent to my aid when I had a flat tire. He was prompt arriving and got the job done. He even explained to me not to drive over 50 mph with the donut spare on. John is a big asset to your company. I highly recommend your business.

Was very glad to get help when I locked my keys in the car. It was a two hour wait, but driver was very skilled and eventually on my way. He said it was the most difficult car he’d ever unlocked.

they towed my motorcycle with no problem. service was perfect and the guy was so nice if he wasn't wearing crocks I wouldn't mind him marrying my daughter

Arrived earlier than expected. Driver was very helpful and had my car to the mechanic in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use Bald Eagle Towing again, if I have to.

I have road side assistance and Bald Eagle Towing is contracted through them. I was in a car accident and needed a tow. I was told the tow truck would be there at 11:15am. At 10:30am I received a call stating the driver was with my car and would not wait on me to bring my car to my home. That if I wanted him to wait I would need to pay for him to wait for me to arrive. I responded that I was told that he ( the driver by the name of Forin) was going to be there at 11:15. That I was on my way and I refused to pay him to wait if he showed up early. We had agreed at the set time of 11:15am. Non the less I arrived to get my car and the driver (Forin) started off with an attitude when I asked him if he needed my key. I then fallowed him to my house and when he arrived he backed into my yard ( that is a private dirt road) to drop off the car. My father was directing him where to drop the car as he almost hit my father with the truck door and drove out of my yard only to leave my car in the middle of our private road in the middle of traffic. When I called the office to speak on what was going on I was told the tow truck driver is not allowed to drop off the car on a dirt road. It must be on pavement. My question was if he knew that then why did he drive all the way to my house back into my yard and drive back out only to leave it in the middle of the road in the way of cars. Only for him to then tell me he was going to call the cops in me horrible expierenc. Will never use them

My neighborhood and car were both flooded due to Hurricane Irma. I completely expected delays in having my car towed, especially when my insurance company had informed Bald Eagle Towing that I wouldn't be with my vehicle during the scheduled towing. I received a call from the driver confirming the information provided and I explained that when I had left there were several FPL trucks on my street trying to restore power so I understood if it needed to be rescheduled. My car was picked up at the scheduled time and I received confirmation that my car was delivered to the designated location! I am very impressed with the service that was provided and will both recommend and use in the future!

Got stranded in alligator alley on a Sunday night with a dually and a 23 foot gooseneck trailer with 3 other people in the truck. Jake came quickly and had all of us on our way in the tow truck to drop us and our trailer off before taking the truck to the shop. Not only was he fast and professional but a great guy!!! Don't waste your time with anyone else call these guys!!!

Fast, professional, and experienced hook up and lift of my heavy RV. Jacob, the driver, was an extremely helpful and friendly life saver with a positive attitude. That makes a big difference especially in a very stressful experience. Can't say enough good things about this company and that driver!

The driver was very timely and very friendly. Pricing was extremely fair. I was at ease despite my troubles. I felt like I had known Karl forever and I was treated like family. I would definitely recommend this company.
