They charged me over 10 dollars more for a part that you can buy on ebay. Aftet i got home with it i found out it did not fit. Took it back and charged me a shipping fee and restocking fee. I got 4 dollars back on a 19.00 dollar part that you can buy on ebay for 9.99 with free shipping. I young man at parts dept seems like a moron as well. Dont waste time there.
Got a new Polaris 450 for $4079 out the door. Drove hours each way to get it. Only complaint is they told me to call when I was an hour out and when I did they said they didn't have that atv in stock, but my sales guy just took it in the back so no one sold it while I was on my way. No biggie. Brian was the sales guy and he did fine. I love it when you can get an honest price and no one screws you around. Drop cash sign papers and get on the road. Will get my return business even out of state.
I honestly despise this dealership. I made a deal with them over the phone for a 17' KTM 450 SXF while I was working in the area and later that day went in to talk to the salesman to make sure everything with the deal was a go. The next day we trailered my trade 3 hours up from my home in West Virginia. They literally wasted my time. I got up there and the salesman had no information whatsoever on the bike and started talking down to me when I was questioning him. Then he started talking down about my trade which was a 16' GSXR 1000 with 200 miles on it. I got pissed when they denied that the deal we made over the phone and again face to face ever existed and gave me an insultingly low offer for my trade. I loaded the bike up and called Waynesburg and made a better deal over the phone. We ran down there exchanged bikes and I signed a few papers and I was out with my new KTM. If you are thinking about buying a bike from Bentley's save yourself the trouble and call Waynesburg and see what they can do for you.
Update: I recently visited Bentley's to pick up a part that they had in stock that I couldn't get anywhere else. Parts department guys were super nice and easy to work with.
Today is aug 12 2017. I called and said if i bring my rim and tire down and take the old one with me how much do you charge. He said just under 40 dollars. Are you guys kidding me. I hope you guys get shut down from no business. Clowns for over charging. To bad i have to put a star just to write a review. Dont deserve that.
If you're looking for a bike, see Brian in sales. He's a no nonsense, knowledgeable guy. Highly satisfied with my purchase.
I genuinely couldn't recommend Bentley's more to anyone who is in the market for buying a new off-road vehicle. To the point, I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I walked into the door, until the loading of my brand new dirt-bike. Their team was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. That personally enlightened my knowledge and made my purchase very pleasant.
Thank you
If you want the 1990s sleazeball used car experience, try out Bentleys. Its like hopping into a time machine.
Salesmen have no idea about any of the products they sell, no clue about incoming stock, wont place custom orders, constantly show you machines you were not interested in etc.
2-3 year old dealer stock bikes that they wont come off msrp on (wonder why youre still sitting on them)
Ex. Came here and was told no way to come down from ~$18000 msrp on 2016 YXZ1000R, they never even mentioned the Yamaha loyalty trade incentives, etc. Salesmen treated me like I was somehow beneath him as if he didnt realize he is in sales.
Went to 5 star and paid $12,800 out the door. Over $5000 LESS then bentleys "best they can do".
Nice selection and fair prices Also, not too many motorcycle shops around so it's nice that this one has almost everything you need.
I wasn't informed about the odometer malfunctioning on the used Polaris Magnum 330 I purchased here. It has incorrect mileage! Reasonable purchase price, but no wiggle room for a fresh oil change which I would've expected within purchase price. Overall fair experience.
Parts dept. Are excellentl sales staff suck kept trying to sell me a bigger bike then i went in for couldnt even help me on the new model duke 390 they new nothing about it waste of time better off going to fivestar motorsports in duncansville definitely worth the drive
Stan was an amazing salesman! He put in extra time of his own and worked hard to look around for a lowering kit for me. When he found one out of the country he said he wanted to save me money n went back to work searching in the states. Kept me posted every step of the way even on his days off. He found one n it was cheaper and even got my bike lower! I would recommend Bentleys to anyone! They were all so helpful in their own ways! Thanks again guys! Love my bike!
