If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over 10 months for a product to be completed. The communication was awful at best. The product was made incorrectly and then installed with a defect. There was no remorse or accountability on their part. In 25 years in business they are by far one of the top worst costumer service experiences I have ever had.
DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want friendly and timely service. STEER CLEAR!!response / report this review -

Horrible customer service dose not care about anything or anyone else as long as they get there job done. off-putting that I'm honestly surprised by how rude and disrespectful people can be. I mean I don't need a sign but due to the way your people treat people if I ever did I would never even think about getting it from them because if I had the guy show up that I talked to today I would honestly be so disappointed

Baker does amazing work! We have learned the ins and outs of the business from the best of the best, Keith Baker. We take on his work ethic and his knowledge in every sign that we do. Companies from all over the country trust us with their services and installs. We are family owned and treat all of our employees as such. It's a shame that disgruntled ex employees and their family members leave bad reviews on this business, but our quality of work and amazing customer service will always show.

Inexperienced workers and horrible equipment. I had these guys give me a quote and I decided not to go with them because they were unprofessional. I'd be happy to pay more for better service elsewhere.

If i could rate this company a 0, I totally would! They do not care about their employees, you could break your back, overwork yourself and do so much for them and they would turn around and fire you in a heartbeat, for no reason! They hire people just to get jobs done and then dump them as soon as they receive payment from their clients. Be careful doing business with these guys, there are many sign companies out there who have trustworthy people and who cares about employees because ultimately a company that treats their employees good, is a company that'll last long.
