  My husband and I attempted to use the emergency vet tonight for the first time, and after calling the line to report our issue we waited almost 2 hours to never have heard from the doctor at all. I called every 30 minutes like I was instructed to do and spoke with two different women twice each who said that the doctor was paged and would be calling us. I finally called back and spoke with someone who was not helpful in any form and seemed to be quite annoyed with me. I finally asked to have the call to the vet cancelled and we are finding another vet.
  
  I am very disappointed in this experience and hope that they get better at this when dealing with other fur baby parents.

  Great place for vet visits the packages are pretty expensive but are made worth while with the after care and free check ups after
