Very nice trip to this restaurant. The staff are friendly and nice; even though the place is packed. It's a very nice model of a family style meal like you are at someone's house. The food is very good. Even the unlimited sides are delicious in their own right. The chicken is perfect and well cooked, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Would definitely recommend.

Been to been numerous times and I have never been disappointed. The fried chicken is amazing w/o question. The chicken is so juicy, will seasoned and taste like homemade fried chicken. The cream corn and mashed potatoes are the perfect complement the meal. The sides are almost unlimited. Babe's is the type of you will always feel like you got your moneys worth. Guaranteed satisfaction!!!

Great place to have deep fried country style chicken. Very good and friendly staff. Nice ambiance. Simple menu so very easy to decide what you want to eat :)

Awesome food awesome service. Hands down the most consistent flavor and taste profile. Staying true to their brand. The biscuits are amazing. My favorite place for fried chicken. Easy menu, easy choice. Yum!!!!!!

Fantastic chicken fun place to eat. There's a wait to get in but if your smart the wait is worth it. Best fried chicken hands down in the country. I'm a truck driver and I've tasted fried chicken in many places but none like this!

If you cant fry chicken right, then let Babes do it for you; never have been disappointed! Totally comfort food. Wear loose pants; its easy to eat more bc its yummy for your tummy! Enjoy!

By far the best fried chicken I've ever had, and I've had a lot of fried chicken. The buttermilk biscuits were so perfect, especially with the honey. A really great deal for chicken and chicken fried steak. Get there early as seats fill up fast!

Food & Service are great.
Been coming here for a couple of years and each time we eat here the place is always good.
I highly recommend this place to everyone who is wanting a great meal.

This is the original. Any restaurant based on family meals form the farm is starting in the right direction. They keep it simple and true to its origins. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Was neat how they paid tribute to former employees. So worth it! Will be going back every time I am back there visiting family. The story on the menu is rather entertaining. So much so, I got the shirt to remember it all by.

Awesome location and down - home feel. Two menu options. Chicken fried steak or fried chicken. Ample servings. The chicken was super crispy, but a bit salty and flavorless for my taste (i prefer well seasoned batter), but the chicken fried steak was awesome. Best mashed potatoes, creamed corn, white gravy and biscuits I've ever had. They also have RC cola. Over all, loved it. A must - try.

Come hungry; leaves stuffed. And believe all the hype. We had the chicken fried steak. The serving filled the plate. The steak could be cut with a fork. Plenty of sides. The atmosphere is noise but adds to the character. The staff is cheerful and pleasant. Be prepared for a wait because everyone knows about this "secret"

Such a great place. Love the atmosphere the staff are very friendly. The food is amazing! Endless sides and they give a military discount. Wish I lived nearby, go there everytime I get the chance.

They do 1 thing and they do it well. FRY food. This one does just chicken and chicken fried stake. Good , simple and fast. Server was great even though they were packed.

No way to leave this place hungry. 4 pieces of chicken and all the potatoes and corn you can eat. Service was great she was smiling and joking around with us. She really seemed to enjoy working there. The chicken fried steak was good as well not over fried and as much gravy as I would like. A little pricey though around 20 bucks a person with tea or soda and the tip. But hey just about everywhere is going to cost 15 so all in all a good value to be full and ready for a nap!

Definitely an experience. Everything is served family style. This location has no menu. There are drink choices and two choices of meat (fried chicken or chicken fried steak). Sides are limited to dinner salad, creamed corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuits, but it's really all anyone could need. The amount of meat served is ridiculous. The sides are all-you-can-eat, so no taking them home, but the chicken/steak/biscuits can be bagged for nomming. Babe's is almost always busy, but the wait staff are always friendly and helpful. Expect a wait to be seated, but probably not a huge wait once you're in the restaurant. Birthdays are always great fun - they have you dress up like a chicken and do the chicken dance. We LOVE Babe's!
