  Fries are always cold. Bathrooms filthy even at the beginning of the day, obviously rarely cleaned. If the bathrooms are filthy, i have to assume that the things you can't see like the kitchen are even worse. Don't waste your time or money here.

  Today I came after work because I was craving a salad with a veggie burger. I was totally disappointed. I will give them an extra star for the friendly service I received upon walking in and while I was waiting for my meal.
  I came here to Bobby's Burger Palace about two years ago and the food overall was phenomenal. Now, I do not know what happened! By the time I opened the burger out of the paper, the bun was soggy. The burger was fragile and fell apart immediately before I took a bite out of it. The taste wasn't that good. The salad had a nice combination, but a little too salty for my liking.

  Definitely not worth the money or any type of hype, if there is any. Took a while to order. I got the Philly burger and it had no flavor at all and lacked in the onion and pepper department. I expected my burger to be filled with them. The plate was filled with juice and the bottom bun was so soggy. I ate half the burger with disappointment on my face. The servers were nice though if that means anything.

  Wow that was honestly the most disappointing burger I have ever had! It was so dry and so tasteless. I've been here before last year and it was completely delicious. Something changedand for the worst. I can't believe I just spent 60 bucks in burgers and fries for 4 people. Ridiculous could have went to Wendy's for half the price for a wayyyyy better meal. Not to mention had to wait for the last order of onion rings for literally 15 minutes after all of our stuff came out. The girl literally served 3 other onion ring orders to others before us, instead of sending us the first one out seeing that they forgot to cook it!

  If I was able to give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Wife wanted a good burger, could have gone to McDonalds for better. I had the chicken and it was bland, no flavor at all. Cheese fries had canned cheese on them. Hey Bobby master of flavor and freshness, maybe you should rethink your burger restaurant idea. One word to describe this experience is garbage. Another note the restaurant and restrooms were also filthy. Again take a trip right on past this place!

  The staff was really friendly and they got our food out in a timely manner after we placed our order. One of the only burger restaurants where you can get your burger cooked to order! You can tell the quality of ingredients and the freshness of the food too. I will absolutely be back!!

  Absolute garbage restaurant got veggie burger, completely burnt, tasteless, and the bun wasn't toasted fries were OK, and it smelled like ass in the restaurant.

  Burger was solid for lunch. Had the New Mexico burger with sweet potato fries. Nothing over the top but cooked as I liked and solid burger. I'd eat here again.

  Fries are amazing. The sauces and topping are delicious. Burgers are some of the best around.

  Extremely disappointed! Had the Bobby Blue burger, medium rare. The burger was very bland tasting, no flavor to the meat. The plate was swimming in blood and the bun was completely soggy. The bun was not even a little toasted. The fries had WAY to much salt on them, there were maybe 8 longer pieces, the rest was garbage. Seating for large (obese) people is not sufficient, had to squeeze into a chair. Super disappointed, over hyped and Bobby would be ashamed if he really cared. Almost $16 USD for a tiny burger with fries and a diet coke. McDonald's anyone?

  Super expensive. Burgers are alright. Sweet potato fries are pretty good. Very over-hyped.
