When I started getting my disability checks I had asked for a trustee which I made my father to be & I thank🙏God that I chose BB&T as my bank because they're👏the very best in banks!💰🤑💰
Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Great people to deal with. Two small complaints though. When you get your money back they never count it in front of you and they NEVER makes sure that the money is straight (heads turned the same way). I always have to straighten it out myself so that I can give it to the next person when I make a purchase. Pretty unprofessional for a place that is supposed to be so good about money.
Very nice people, always there when I need them. Even when I am in another state I call them.
I appreciate the tellers, and managers...great customer service!! - Dean R. White
I am a former Wachovia customer and can say that I have had a way better experience with BB&T. The ladies at the king branch are always friendly and really take the time to listen to your needs. Wachovia charges excess fees and doesn't offer the perks that I found with BB&T. I will be staying with BB&T for many years to come!
Very disappointing experience banking w/ BBT. At least the King brach. Waiti time each time I have been in to talk to someone is beyond comprehention. Getting someone to answer the phone is mind boggling too.
They really do not bend over backwards to satisfy. I always feel and also notice that the customers are somehow to fell lucky to be waited on.
The final straw came today. I wanted to deposit a check. They wanted to put a 5 day hold on it!! Since when does it take 5 days for a check to clear. It doesn't. I have been with BBT for quite a while. I am not a new or lousy customer.
I took that check up the street to my other bank....Wachovia. No problem. No hold. Nothing. Easy as pie. Why...because I was a good customer. Just like I am./was with BBT. But BBT doesnt' do for customers. Wachovia does. Closing my BBT acct.
