  Staff is very rude and does not make you feel welcome. Especially the older ladies that work in there, they always come off hateful and I’ve even heard them answer their phone with a nasty attitude

  I am beyond upset. This place butchered my hair cutting it at least 4 inches shorter than requested! I let my hair grow for 2 years to get it long enough to get this cut that YOU were supposed to give me. I was shaking i was so upset. It does not resemble the least bit of what i wanted and now its so short Its only an inch and a half from my scalp in the back! I came in with it in a bun on the top of my head wanting a cut just above my shoulder. This is truly the worst haircut i have ever seen and now its too short to even fix. I am beyond upset. I feel betrayed. Why would you do this? You are supposed to be a professional.

  They've already done a good job with my haircuts, but what I really appreciate is the excellent service for my fiancee every week. She had eye surgery recently and can't get any water or soap in her eyes. Beverly at Great Clips shampoos and styles her hair for her every week and does a wonderful job, going above and beyond for us.

  Actually got my mom going here now too. The women do an awesome job doing hair, and are very very nice. Prices are great!

  I had a good experience in your shop as soon as I came in I was greeted with a big smile and a bubbly personality from I'm sorry to say this but a "dark complexion" petite young lady her station is the very front ( I don't know her name) but she is a hard worker and a great stylist I was given the best military cut I ever got here in mount Airy. It's just a shame the young lady had to work so hard the other stylist didn't greet anyone that young lady did it all and did a great cut I will be back due to my experience with her

  The quality of the hair stylist have gone downhill drastically. Last 2 time I've gone there. Dont get me wrong there are still some very good stylist like Joy and Patty, but its getting harder to get a good haircut there.

  Had the worst experience here, don't go here! Always rush their hair cuts and mess up my hair, they either mess up my sideburns or leave long hairs. Very unprofessional and barbers are rookies!
