Long wait in office for paperwork and dock assignment, crowdy and slow place, and you have to wait inside the building while loading!

Had 10:30 am ap, came here at 9:30 and they unloaded me in less than 1h. Great. But they do make you stay in office.

When loading, drivers are not allowed to remain in their trucks. They must remain in the traffic office until their truck is completely loaded and have BOL in hand. This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't that it takes them hours and hours to load a single truck. This place is warehouse and import/export forwarding facility only, and is managed by XPO Logistics. These are the worst warehouses ever to PU/Del to, and every driver knows it. Need I say more. The only bright spot here is friendly personell at the traffic office window.
