Not very happy with our lunch.. . The food was not special, it was over priced. Our waitress was not very personable. We were one of 3 tables seated for lunch. We wouldn't recommend it. Other places nearby on the beach too have been wonderful.

Very disappointed in experience. The new decor doesn’t bring the coziness like it did before and food is okay not amazing and for that is overpriced. For that category restaurant usually they all validate your parking ticket and they decided to not practice that way anymore. We asked for a special table to celebrate our special day and once we got there it seemed like they had no idea of our request so for that and many more, we won’t return.

Went here for the first time the day before Thanksgiving .had a reservation at 6.15 pm nov 21 st
Had friend visiting from Atlanta .
We reserved a table as close as possible to the beach .
When we arrived we were seated on the balcony even if there were tables vacant by the beach .
We waited for I think ,20 min before anyone came and asked us what we would like to drink .
And the waiter said ,obviously they forgot our table.
We ordered the drinks,Wine and appetizers .
All fine so far .
When we ordered the entrees ,I ordered the New YorkStrip steak but without the mash with truffle ,ordered Fries instead .
When the food was served it came with the Truffle made anyway ,I said I ordered the fries Instead .
I said I can keep the plate since fries usually are made pretty fast
Then the server who took the order ,came over and asked if all was good I said I am waiting for my fries ( 5 min since they were going to get the fries )
Ok he said I will go and check on it .
Finally after waiting 15 minutes and my steak was cold I had to ask again for my fries and my server ,waited another 5 min then the fries came out and a robust man ran over to our table ( looked like some kind of manager In a black suit )
Even before I took the first taste of the fries he asked me ,are the fries good .
We said we had been waiting for the fries for 20 minutes and me steak was cold before they arrived and my company had already eaten their food .
We were not compensated with a thing ,paid over $300 for 3 people .
This is not what I call excellent service and upscale restaurant .
During the whole time at the restaurant we had this hideous strong ceiling lights ,glowing in our eyes .
It did feel like we were sitting in a Local garage having dinner .response / report this review -

Food was delicious but the 5 star rating is for our server Dwayne Johnson. He was so friendly, charasmatic, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times! His recommendations helped tremendously. If you eat here be sure you ask for him!

Get the parmesan fries, apply bug spray, and go sit by the fire pit with your feet in the sand while you watch the sunset. One of the nicest places in Naples.

I go here a few times a year for the amazing view of sunsets and the good food. Recently, the good food got even better somehow! And as a celiac, I need gluten free food and they have plenty of options. Ask for the waiter Dwayne Johnson because he's SO nice and makes a good meal even better by making sure you have everything.

Poor service, Ridiculous wine prices. Manager not responsive to our complaint. Not acceptable for a top restaurant !!
