  B&M Movers were amazing! Michelle communicated everything properly and professionally. The movers themselves were wonderful and very kind and good handling all of my items. Highly recommend them as the service and care was noticeably higher with them!

  Shawn and Michelle were amazing! Just when I need Shawn the most (right at stress out time) Shawn jumped right in and made my move a total success. If I had to move again, and I pray this is no time soon, I would definitely be using his company, and would recommend their services to family and friends

  Read their rating on yelp (1) those are their true ratings as per my experience.
  
  Highly unprofessional people. I had to call them at last moment and agree to pay top $ that they asked for. The folks that came to do the loading were highly unprofessional, kept arguing half of the time and i had to load some items myself adding to my stress of cross country move. One person out of two people was sick so only one person was doing most of the loading and was frustrated,was taking his frustration of loading solo on us.Barely did 2 hours of work and were paid for 3 hours.
  
  I paid for 3 hours for 2 people. Barely got work worth of 1 person for 2 hours

  No-one mentioned about your folks bringing their shoes on my carpet , I had bigger issues with the way the work was performed. You being in the industry should know this and carry shoe covers.
  
  I was not told about the medical condition initially and when I found out I was sympathetic . Infact you should be more empathetic towards your workers who are sick and not make them do hard/ hourly work when they are sick. I felt bad for him and offered him cold beverage during hot summer day and asked if anything I could do to help.
  
  By bringing these issues and giving me tips on things that you should be following in first place is not going to distract anyone from reading my review .

  Shawn & Michelle were amazing! I originally hired a larger moving company, but they were trying to significantly over charge me. Thankfully, I found B & M Moving. They were able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called (& only two weeks before my cross country move!). Shawn was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, arrived at my final destination right on time, & helped put together some of my larger pieces of furniture. He truly made my move so easy & stress free. Couldn't have done it without him!

  I really appreciated that Michelle communicated with me via text to give our estimates and coordinate the scheduling. That was much more convenient for me than having a phone call and/or going through tedious online forms for other companies. Very reasonable rates and I was not deceived with unexpected charges like I've been with my last move with another company.
  Jose and YaYa did an excellent job with our moving. We are so pleased with their service and efficiency. They were early/on time and wasted no time at all and did everything well and in less than the estimated time. We didn't have a lot of stuff and it was a very simple move to load our things that were already packed in a single storage unit and then brought up to our third floor apartment with elevators, but we really appreciated that they did not intentionally try to drag it out, which happened to us with other movers before.
