i called well before i drove to the west end for food and i arrive and was told i had to wait 20 minutes to order. i drove 40 mins to not be able to place an order in the lobby area . i would have ordered online but i was already driving when i called to confirm availability and closing hours .

You have to be from Philly! to know there food is Amazing …it’s so Delicious! Taste just like you are in Philadelphia .not sure why there are bad reviews…we have been eating here for 12 years…and me and my husband Love it ! It’s worth every penny ❤️

I ordered my food online at 2:30, 4:00 pm I'm still waiting on my food. Asked where my food was she said waiting on fries. Waited another 15 min to get my food with no fries burger cold and expected me to keep the food I politely gave him the trash back(that's what it looked like). Word of advise you can't just open up a restaurant without having knowledge of how to operate. If you guys got some professionals and ppl that have knowledge of the business then maybe just maybe you could do better. This was a absolute disappointment

The children that work at this place have 0 skills/motivation/training. Customer service is horrible. The little girl never acknowledged me after sitting in front for 10 minutes. I just got up and left and won't return or recommend this place. How does it take 40 minutes to make a sandwich. Why do we make it so hard to support our own people?
