  We've done several home remodels in other states, including with cabinetry. We were so excited about our Arizona home and we decided to use AZ Cabinet Maker for our kitchen, laundry room, and two of the bathrooms which needed new vanities. Richard was initially great to work with and delivered renderings quickly. The pictures he showed us of previous jobs were impressive. However, after the contract was signed and first payment made, there began to be issues. Our install date was set for December 2022, but it was constantly pushed out. The crew delivered cabinets, but then said they had other jobs to get to, with promises to come back. Boxes of cabinets sat in our home for several weeks before anybody came back to install. When they did come back, the two gentlemen worked short days and left to check on other jobs and about half of the cabinets were damaged. Several cabinet faces were not the ones we had agreed to and needed to be taken off and replaced. When going over this with Richard, he became frustrated and blamed the many damages on shipping, and said he'd fix it. Several months have gone by and (despite receiving the bulk payment, which they were very adamant about) the project is *still* unfinished. To this day, we still do not have a finished kitchen or laundry room, and one of our bathroom drawers is not functioning. They have not caulked or even completed the filler after receiving the bulk of their payment. Bryan (Richard's son or associate) has rescheduled last minute and despite the installation crew coming several times, there seem to always be parts forgotten or things they need to get and "bring next time". We have had other contractors point out some shoddy areas in the install. Overall, we feel that the quality and professionalism is very lacking and this is our worst experience with cabinetry in a renovation. I waited for months to write a review because I really hoped they could just finish and I wouldn't have to draw attention to it, but at this point, we're really frustrated and unsure of what to even do. I've reached out to Sollid to see if we need to hire another rep to finish properly. I will be happy to adjust this review when things are finally finished, but as of now, I would strongly advise against AZ Cabinet Maker and Sollid products.

  We are doing a renovation on a small townhouse in Old Town Scottsdale. We're on a time crunch and received bids from Cabinets4Less, Cabinets to Go, CabinetsUSA and a few big box retailers, and AZ Cabinet Maker was the most competitively priced based on what we needed and the bang for the buck. AZ Cabinet Maker created a CAD drawing based on our specs and provided two different quotes with various features. Richard was fantastic to work with and communicated quickly, understood all of our needs, especially when it came down to the timeline. He was no nonsense and honest. We look forward to working with them on our next project. Thanks again, Richard!

  We are thrilled with our new cabinets. From start to finish, Richard and his crew were responsive and courteous. Once we submitted our design to final installation, we were pleased. Richard knows the industry trends and his advice is right on as to height of cabinets, types of pulls to use and quality of finishes.

  We had a wonderful experience with AZ Cabinets! Helpful with our selection of cabinets, ordered, delivered, installed as scheduled!! Immediately responded to minor adjustments. We would highly recommend them!! Very happy with our selection and the design he provided!!!
