The Veg Combo piles include beets, red lentils, yellow split peas, cabbage, gomen (collards cooked with garlic and onion) and shiro (ground and spiced chickpeas).

I've never had anything other than the vegetarian combo, and have never wanted anything other than the vegetarian combo. Try to get a seat at the boob table and you've got yourself an evening!
