Worst internet company in amarillo been without internet for 48 hours unacceptable not happy 😒

I had internet service installed by this company and due to the rain getting inside the wire and running into my RV and causing water damage, they are refusing to repair damages that happened to my RV because of their installation techniques and caused water to damage things after I told the installer not to wire the specfic way and he did it anyways. The owner of the company contacted me and refuses to cover the damages knowing that it happened. He tried to say it was my fault because I moved the wire temporarily and he says now all of the sudden it causes the water to flow into the cable which is not even true.
