Paid 95 for braids, the braids were crooked on my daughters hair the beads fell out the moment she got home, she is not capable of doing kids braids, you would be wasting your money, and she would not redo nor refund payment. The only course of action is to warn others to avoid, she blamed the child I’m so glad i didn’t let her trim the edges she would’ve cut all her hair off

Absolutely ruined my hair. Put way too much heat on it now its broken off. Im literally in tears. I went in asking for a wash and blow dry (that's it) and was PRESSURED into getting in pressed and curled(which i expressed multiple times I didn't want) then was overcharged. (Only half was even curled and they didnt last but 1 day😒) Burned me multiple times. Very unprofessional and I'm highly upset. The woman before me didn't look too pleased either. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Response: clearly i knew my hair was damaged that was the point of coming into a salon. I didn't say i didn't want my ends trimmed just not cut a lot. And if we both knew my hair was damaged why would you add excessive heat to already "bad" hair as you claim. Makes no sense. Very unprofessional even in your response. Just proving my point. I came in for a wash and dry. There was no reason you should've tried to pressure me into DAMAGING my hair more with pressing and styling.response / report this review -

My hair always looks great when I leave. My stylist is very friendly and makes me feel welcome. I will be back soon for my 4th visit!
