Service was done correctly but took a while to change oil. The people were not rude but, they were far from pleasant. Maybe it was just because it was a Saturday??

The waiting room furniture is the WORST I've had to sit on in many years. Considering this is a dealership owned by a publicly traded company, I would think they could afford to buy some nice furniture for the folks waiting in the service department.

Michael and I were able to work-out a solution to my previous problem where I got exactly what I needed. He went the extra mile to make sure of that. He was respectful, curteous, and professional. Kudos to him!

This is the way car buying should be!! First contact with Maria Zorne at 1:30 Tuesday; completed the deal before 11 AM Wednesday. No nonsense, no bait and switch, no add-ons. What you see is what you pay. Three other people called about the used SUV we bought while we were in the office closing.

Andrew is a great salesman. The sales and finance team were amazing as well. I walked away with an awesome Jeep Wrangler and financing with which I'm content.

Recently had a car issue and would like to THANK Tim Ames, Sales Associate at this Chrysler dealer, who came to our rescue and followed through to the end. Tim went way above and beyond, and we found Tim to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He kept us informed and found us the help we needed to resolve our concerns. All car dealerships would benefit from having individuals like TimAutonation is blessed to have him as an employee. THANKS, TIM!

I went to this dealership with my husband, not really knowing what I wanted. As soon as we drove in we saw a salesman walking toward us. He asked if we needed help finding anything in particular and I can say that he helped us for a long time and was very patient. Our salesman was Tim Ames and he helped us find a great deal on a great car, he had a friendly attitude toward us, and I was very pleased with the service from all of the staff. Very good experience with this dealership over all.

Started the car buying process in June. Went back several times to redo the contract (3x) and turn in documents that were requested more than once, which was no problem. End of September I turned the vehicle back in because I was being asked for the same stuff on a "done" deal (again for the 4th time). After speaking to different people, this was one of the options given to me and I was fine walking away, business is business-I completely understand that. For whatever reasons the contracts kept kicking back (despite having a great job, a trade in, doable credit score). I inquired about my trade in/monetary value and was told to call back a few days later that a check would be done and ready to pick up regarding my trade in. I called and now there is an issue, no one talks to me or returns my calls (4 different people/voicemails/emails: finance manager, 3 sales people/managers) for days. I just want to know what's going on. I am the customer and this is not how you handle business. I am preparing for the worst. And at this time, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved here from Texas and needed a good place to keep my Dodge truck maintained. Took it to Autonation for service and they got it done in a timely manor and the price was right in line. I'm a satisfied customer and will return.

We have had our truck in this shop twice in the last couple months for the same issue. We feel as though we are getting the run around. On the last visit they said they drove our truck and it was fine. No it isn't. It is still doing the same thing!! Paid almost 1000.00. Time for an attorney I guess. To top it off, we had to borrow a car from a family member since our truck is our only transportation.

Took my jeep in for what I thought was a minor issue causing the "service engine soon" light to come on. Although it ended up being a cracked cylinder head, the service department did an excellent job of expediting repairs and keeping me informed of the status. Outstanding job by Randall and the rest of the team their. Very friendly and professional.

I've called the dealership repeatedly to make an appointment for an oil change. NO ONE answers the phone. I have reservations about getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership when I can't even get someone on the phone to make an appointment. Last week a receptionist took my name and number and assured me that someone would return my call to make an appointment. My call was not returned. This makes me wonder how long I'd sit at the dealership for something as simple as an oil change.

Just bought a Jeep Renegade yesterday. The staff went above and beyond my expectations of a car buying experience. John was very helpful with my first test drive. Then when I went back in for another test drive and apply for a loan, Danny was spot on with test driving the car I was buying. Saturday when I went to pick up the car, Terrance was very helpful and so was Maria. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Autonation for your next car buying experience.

Went in for Hyundai warranty service, they replaced a part that was not broken and failed to fix the issue I came in for. Then when I addressed that my vehicle was still not fixed the service advisor lied to me and said "sometimes the new parts do not work". Hint, check it before I come to pick it up and am told I am good to go.

These guys worked with me on stop for a month to find the car I absolutely loved. Christopher Pearson, "park", Terrance, and even their gm was all in the deal helping. They even transported the vehicle I wanted from another store to satisfy me because their lot didn't have the exact car I loved. Best dealer in Brunswick and surrounding areas. 10/10!!!!! Thanks again auto nation of Brunswick!!! If you need a car go see Christopher Pearson. You won't regret it!!!
