have purchased 2 cars from Jeffery and the first was a Honda accord and the trans went out the 2 nd week but he did replace it and discoed it had electrical problems later tried once again and a Nissan path finder and drove it home the next dat it brock a trans line and they repaired it and said they serviced the trans and found out 2 days later all they did was fix the line and the trans went out and the service warranty they sold me wasn't worth the paper it was on let alone the ink it took and paid top dollar for it and the car so please avoid this place and j d he said contact the warranty place even with them knowing of the problem never again !!!!

so, we bought a vehicle off of jeffries in october with a 90 day warranty. in 80 days the head gasket blew. their warranty refused to pay our mecanic. wouldnt pay in full when threatened and gave us 24 hours to come up with $3000. 3 months later our tax check comes in. we buy an engine. and have a mechanic install it into the vehicle. he removed our engine and found jeffries had rigged our vehicle to last for a certain time and that the vehicle had a heaf gasket that wad already blown when i purcased it. they are crooks!!! dont buy.

At the time, I didn't have a vehicle and I needed a replacement. I went to this place with my father. Both my father and I are Toyota, import people because we don't care about style or features.

This place was a bit quirky. The reason I say that is the person that was showing us cars always had a obvious fake story to tell about each one. Perhaps the best one was we looked was an older Rav4. The salesperson told us that an elder drove it very slow and took good care of it.

It had Harley Davidson stickers all over it and a custom radio and drove horribly and had issues shifting. After driving it out of site of the place we peaked into the engine bay for engine quality and see if it was treated right. it was a complete wreck.

That was just one little car.
Perhaps the thing that had us walking away was the salesperson always had a story of how so and so drove it nicely like we were idiots.

Whether this person needed money or loved to lie we didn't want to go there for anything after that.

This was a while ago though so it may have changed but since there are people out there who think cares or machines of magic and never die. Sale people like this one stated above will always profit off it.

Hey at least they have a good variety of American beaters and horribly abused Toyotas.

I could not be happier with Jeffrey's Auto Exchange. I have been purchasing vehicles from them for 6 years now. Always so helpful, and informative on financing options when I need them. I have purchased 12 vehicles from Jeffrey's for my family. As of right now all 5 vehicles in my driveway came from Jeffrey's including my dream car. Jeffrey's has been good to me and my family, and we all absolutely love them!

My family absolutely loves Jeffrey's!!! I recently bought my Jeep there, and now this will be the 3rd car we have bought from him in the last 3 years!!! The sales people help you the best they can, and make sure that you are happy before you leave!! I highly recommend the car lot!

Vehicle was priced $1,000 over retail and did even pull up the correct vehicle on the NADA retail site. Also called about the vehicle in question before it ever arrived on their lot and they said they would give me a call as soon as it was on the lot so I could come look at it. I never received a phone call from them. Overall I did not have a good experience and from what I can tell, with this particular vehicle, they were being dishonest.
