Ahhh I am actually surprised that this business is still open. I used to work here and I was terminated after working a full-day's shift right before Christmas and they refused to give me a reason. They also refused to give me termination documentation. After three weeks of me requesting it from them numerous times I finally received it and it stated that, "business was slow." Come to find out I was just replaced by the owner's wife's friend a few days after I was let go. These people are over-priced and honestly it was embaressing to watch customers get upset over unreasonable wait times and having to make excuses for it. Nobody should wait an hour for an inspection, or four hours for an oil change. They are also extremely defensive and uncooperative towards customers when approached with situations that are their fault.

Do not give them your car. The people themselves may be nice, but you will assuredly be wildly overcharged, and more than likely retrieve your vehicle with more problems than when you left it. When I was forced to take mine back because it no longer locked or had radio funtion after they worked on it, it took them over 2 HOURS to figure out it was the fuses. All of this after charging more than a month's rent to replace an $85 part.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give zero. Just left there this morning because they're closing at 9:15 am. Wow last Saturday of the month and the can't do an inspection at 9:15. Third time I've been there and everytime it's a joke. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

Best prices in Tri Cities and I won't go to anyone else! I trust ALL my family's cars with these guys and they even go out of their way to accommodate my lunch break or giving me a ride from work! Amazing!

I am not sure why the low rating. My guess is other people on here have lemons and they expect miracles. I have all my work done there and I have had nothing but good experiences. Many times I have asked for them to look to see if a part is ready to be replaced and they have said no. This was an opportunity for them to take advantage of advantage but they were always honest. This is a good place to take your car.

I don't understand the low rating here. Everyone seems super nice. Pricing it's unbeatable. Just got a harmonic balancer and rear axel replaced on a corvette for 1/3 the price of the dealer. Appears to be good work can't beat a warranty either. Took a little longer then expected but didn't cost anymore. Can't complain about that. I'd rather have good work done then quick work. Thanks guys!

After reading other reviews I see my dissatisfaction is not an isolated case. Don is a crook. End of story. He doesn't stand behind the shops work. If you insist on going there, be prepared to pay twice for work that should have been done the first time. Wish I'd have read reviews first!

Quick, efficient service. Oil change and state inspection, plus a leak seal to fix a small air leak around a tire sensor. Decent prices, good customer service. The only things that threw off a five star rating was having the next mileage due only listed as about 200 miles from today's mileage and the tire pressures not being checked/set back to equal pressure before releasing my car.

These people ripped me off a couple years ago. I took my car for a oil change waited no joke 4 hours and they finally say we can't get your car to start. We can order the part for $80 + and will put it on for free. I call around get the part for about $50 less at auto zone they put the part on, drive home and the air bag light comes on. I contact them with my concern, they are rude they try to be cute with their answers and say I can bring my car back over and they will look at it for "free" I told them nothing was wrong with my car when I took it for the oil change and I would not be back for them to mess something else up. This month my 83 year old aunt went to them for help with her car, they charged her $1000 in parts and $800 in labor. She had Crabtree to tow her car to them paid the wrecker fee. They charged her a wrecker fee like they towed it! On top of that she now has codes popping up on her car! I would recommend parking your car or taking it to the junk yard before ever taking one to this "auto care"
