Great mixed development area that is still growing in the South Dayton area. They recently added a movie theater with wonderful reserved seating. There is plenty to do in this area, Bar 145 features live music, Firebirds is a great place to get a steak or a cocktail, and there are plenty of fast casual options to choose from. Also, the Kroger has a Starbucks and a wine and beer bar that features 10+ beers on tap that can be enjoyed there or brought home in a growler. They also have live jazz music on the weekend.

Nice Joint.. Has good selection of shops, eateries and restaurants. The only problem is that it has too many stop signs to navigate and parking spots are tight at spots. Got to watch and make sure to pay heed to the Stop sign near Kohl's as it is prone to get traffic violation tickets.

Went to 5 Guys, it was fantastic. I had a great loaded Bacon Cheeseburger & Fries. They give you a ton of fries for your order. Another cool thing is you get free Peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait- which wasn't long even on a busy night. They have everything down to a system, and they serve you fresh made but still fast. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoy visiting Austin Landing for shopping, dining, and entertainment. There are many fun things to do, and a lot of them are inexpensive or free. Don't miss the park area in the middle and check their website for a vast list of events. Enjoy!

What a cool place. Very similar to Liberty Center in West Chester and the traffic flow is oh so much better!

~ Great place to live. Nice, clean area. Proximity to stores, food, fun. I've reviewed a few places here, so won't repeat myself in the comments here.
• I've been living here for about 5 months now, I love the convenience of having a grocery store, gas station, an optometrist and plenty of places to eat so close to my doorsteps.
• The management/maintenance of the entire Landings keeps the area very clean and neat. During these past few weekends, I've noticed ladder golf, corn hole and other yard games available for people to play for free. It's nice to be able to do that aside from shopping in the area.
• Can't wait till the theater (which has been delayed multiple times) gets finally opened and I can go check out some new releases.response / report this review -

A very nice upscale shopping center. Really enjoyed my time here, a lot of stores and options. All very well done, very clean and safe. Wish I lived closer!

Nice shopping center. Everything is new and clean. Great access to the interstate.
This has turned out to be a great place for date time. You can spend a little time eating and then walk to a few shops. The common areas are a nice place to hang out and have a little free fun or sit bythe little water fall.
The store layouts are a little different and that may throw you off a little. The way the story are arranged works well for traffic, just give it a chance.response / report this review -

The parking lots here are so poorly laid out that you can easily get lost or trapped when you're trying to get somewhere within the shopping center. Also getting in and out of Austin Landing itself is ridiculous. I avoid this place.

Love this place better than The Greene. It has the excitement of a new place not yet completely popularized. Clean, modern, sleek. Quieter, too. Lots of parking and better access to stores from parking lots.

Awesome ambiance.. this place has lot of eat outs and hotels that we like. They host movies at the park in the summers. We love this place

There are a lot of great restaurants and some nice shopping here, but I feel like a rat in a maze trying to get around in Austin Landing. It doesn't feel like there's any rhyme or reason to the layout. Just kind of frustrating.

Standard, medium and big box brick and mortar stores, with several places to eat.
Overall, not a bad place to spend your day shopping, if you like name brands with discounted prices, and Americana food.
The parking and traffic at times, is atrocious.
A very congested area, given office space, and other services are also located there.
The best part about this little hub is its location- the most centralized commercial and residential area in the county.
It's close to everything, with easy access to the highway.
I'd recommend Austin Landing.
