  I had a minor water leakage issue that I hired Austin Fire and Flood to take care of. Other water remediation firms I contacted were reluctant to take on this minor project and wanted to do unnecessary work just to make it a bigger project.. AFF handled the job in a timely and satisfactory manner.They were also responsive and professional. On the whole, I'm happy with the experience and thinking of hiring them for some other work I need done at my place.

  We had a major upstair water heater burst that flooded and damaged a large part of our house. Austin Fire and Flood (AFF) was the only company that could come to the rescue within the hour, in the evening of a weekend, to set up mitigation measures immediately. Our AFF point of contact, Paul Miller, was on time, professional and responsive. He always answered calls, responded to our texts instantly. He's knowledgeable about the whole insurance process and gave us honest and valuable advices. He worked directly with our insurance company and prepared detailed, thorough quotes to get us coverage for our repair. The whole AFF team was courteous, punctual, and did a great job in mitigating the damage and preventing mold from spreading in our house. We couldn't have done it without them. They made the whole process easy. I highly recommend AFF and they would be the first one we call if we need water damage control.

  Austin Fire and Flood helped me with the remediation of my home after a fire as well as remodeling several parts of my home. They were very professional and extremely good at their job. All of the jobs they did for me were on schedule and true to the estimate I was given on each particular job. They were always easy to communicate with and always responsive to my wishes. I would use them again for any job on my house.

  Austin Fire and Flood did an exceptional job of handling a very difficult situation which I am sure would have been much worse had we not been able to hire them. Two tankless water heaters burst inside the walls of our house, sending thousands of gallons of water throughout the first floor of our home during a period of low temperatures. I luckily found AF&F online and they responded immediately and had a crew out to handle everything right away. We received constant communication, got photos of the damage and the work that had been done to remediate mold growth and a detailed report of what needed to be done. They also patiently dealt with a difficult insurance adjuster like real pros. This is a woman-owned, woman-managed business, so I am especially pleased I hired them.

  Austin Fire & Flood has surpassed anything I could have hoped for in a mitigation and repair company. Ashton communicated with me almost every day (sometimes multiple times in a day when necessary) to keep me up to speed with what damage had been done to my home, or to keep me updated with next steps. She more than made up for the insurance adjuster who has nearly been non-existent. My family's life was turned upside down by two sources of flooding in our home, and we will have been out of our home for nearly three months when all is said and done.
  
  I LOOKED FORWARD to talking to both Ashton and Robin when they would call. I can't describe every time they stepped in to be there for us, even Ashton watering plants for me since we were 1+ hours away from home. They don't just do a job. They care for the homeowner. They will step in and go above and beyond for you. A home flooding is extremely stressful. Do yourself a favorlessen the headache and call them.
