Julia made a hard process easier to deal with. She helped us come up with a clear parenting plan on behalf of our daughter which was very important to the both of us. She was clear, direct, and wrote us a very clear and detailed agreement. I highly recommend her.

Julia was excellent, well-prepared and knew exactly what to do when things seemed to go astray. She is exhaustive in her questioning so she gets a real feel for common ground. The judge at our hearing was extremely impressed by our separation agreement and asked more than once who our mediator was and commented that everyone should be using the format she provided. Julia was amazing! The process was actually so easy with her. I could not have asked for anything better. It was certainly a stressful time and there was back and forth but Julia explained and patiently, calmly handled and explained everything. We both were very impressed with Julia's approach to mediation. She was understanding of the emotional strain we were under yet kept us focused on "disentangling" our lives equitably. She was efficient and thorough, kind and calming.
