Atlas did a great job in getting my air conditioning to work. They were on time and worked efficiently to get my system up and running. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

AC went out. Atlas showed up, told me a smart valve in the furnace went bad. Said it was an obsolete part and couldn’t get it. Quoted me $4000 for a new furnace, installed. Instead, I got a quote elsewhere for the exact same model furnace for $1,000 but without installation. Called Atlas again to see what they would charge just for an install-I would provide the new furnace. They quoted me $2800!!!!! Just for a 4-5 hour install !! Outrageous. Luckily, I came across another guy recommended to me. He came out, fixed the old furnace Atlas said needed replacing, and was finished in 1 hour. He charged me only $250. Atlas completely misdiagnosed the issue- had nothing to do with the smart valve, which they originally stated was an obsolete part, but actually is easily available on Amazon. So, by doing some homework, I saved myself $3750. Not impressed with Atlas at all.

Thorough work by the team on my gas fireplace cleaning and service check. Highly recommended. Cleaned fireplace very well and identified some potential fixes to help performance. Overall great work.
