Alex came out today and did an amazing job at repairing a part on our unit. He was very through and professional. We would definitely recommend Atlas and plan to use them in the future for yearly maintenance of our unit.
The communication with the office staff about trouble shooting our unit beforehand, ordering parts and keeping us in the loop of coming back out to replace parts was also outstanding.

Called at 3 pm for help with system not cooling. Help arrived 2 hours later & cooled us down. Tech was very friendly & courteous. Atlas was recommended to us 6 years ago for a new install & they later installed a new unit at daughter’s home. Well run company! Office staff very helpful, too!

This was my second time using this company, and their performance this visit gas ensured I continue to use them in the future. The office staff, as well as the technician was communicative, efficient, and customer focused. They did not offer services that were not needed and explained all recommendations thoroughly. Atlas has certainly won all of my business and I would recommend them without hesitation.
