Initial appointment was with Dr. Jansen. Thoroughly explained all related to my condition. Next had blood work done at South Strand office. Lastly saw his PA at Carolina Forest for procedure. All went well. All involved very professional. Very pleased with service. Will return for two scheduled future appointments. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Jansen.

Dr Rich is a great doctor who actually listens. At all times he helped me participate in my own treatment. He respected me and my opinion. Always is professional and empathetic.
