  I'm torn on my review a little. Not that everyone we met wasn't amazing, because they totally were. All of them just great. But they really need more staff, we waited in the car for hours just to get seen. I think there should be a way for them to call in backup veterinarian when it gets crazy busy like it seems to do. Other than that we very much appreciate this place and the people.
  Also, is kind of cool inside. Like a mid-century vibe but not old and stuffy.

  Not sure about the overall patient care however, if you love your pet and want to have a proper memory of them, I would not recommend taking your pet here if they are dying or need to be put down. They outsource their remains disposal services to an undisclosed location in CT. My girlfriend’s (she’s too distraught to write a review) cat died recently and she was hoping to have a paw print memory in clay to memorialize her cat. Because it was 3am and the person in the office did not listen Instead she waited 6 days and received an ink print photo that could have been done with a stamp pad at the front desk. When she complained about it the lady coldly reply “you weren’t charged for it”. I know she was given 2 options and definitively said she didn’t want the paper version. She is absolutely heartbroken and there is not way to rectify the situation. I just wanted to post this cautionary tale so that others would know that this business has NO EMPATHY for it’s customers that have just lost their best friend.

  Dr. Trainor is amazing, she is a kind, caring and a very thorough internist. She took great care of my Lily and definitely made it worth the drive out there.
  The staff was also very kind and helpful with my many calls and appointments and tests. I definitely recommend them, and would make the trek out there again if necessary
  Unfortunately my girl passed, but Dr. Trainor and staff were extremely compassionate and caring during this heartbreaking time.

  Unfortunately, we recently lost our dog, Abby, and Atlantic Coast did their best to soften the blow as much as they could. They acted with the utmost professionalism taking care of our scared pup, and have since sent us wonderful ways to remember her, with an additional surprise paw print. They went above and beyond for us in such a difficult time and we greatly appreciate it. We are no less sad for our loss, but are glad to have such beautiful memorials, as we were able to bring her home, along with her paw print.

  Brought our dog into the emergency office here. Poor boy had a seizure in the car as we were on the phone with them and by the time we got him out of the car, staff was already outside in the lot looking for us.
  Everyone was extremely kind, understanding, and most of all patient (No matter how busy they were). Very up front and transparent about pricing and did their best to explain absolutely everything.
  The staff here made one of the worst days ever as bearable as they could. Especially Brett, who was so very kind, empathetic, and professional above all else. (Thank you Brett!)
  If you want a vets office to treat your pet like their own, look no further.
