  The online system and the store location do not sync for either appointment availability or materials availability, leading to a wasted trip to fix my phone screen.
  
  UBreakifix/Asurion website was handy at first. I filled out a request for repair which included my phone brand, model, color, and what service I was requesting. With these choices it showed available stores and times; 6pm was offered at this location which I took same day.
  
  We arrived on time for our 6pm appointment from across town, and there was one lady there who was not happy to see me and my broken screen, stating we arrived "pretty late" for a phone fix. She didn't seem to be expecting us, so I let her know we had a service appt at 6pm, and she stated "an appointment an hour ahead of closing is rough" and said she was planning to close up at 6pm instead of the 7pm listed hours online on their website.
  
  In any case she took a look to see if they had the screen repair materials in stock. It was not, so she offered that we come back in a few days when it's available, but we left.
  
  The site led us to believe both the appointment was available, with the materials requested, and neither were. In addition to making us feel like we had done something wrong - not a good experience.
  
  Edit: I did not receive a call ahead of time as mentioned in the owner's response and when we were there in person, it was not mentioned that a call was made. No email was sent canceling the appointment online either, only a reminder the appointment was upcoming. I agree a call would have been nice to save both of us the trouble.

  Val was awesome she took care of my cracked Galaxy s22 ultra phone. She made my phone new again. Great customer service great personality. I will be coming back to this place. They fix all sorts of electronics from cell phones to game consoles.

  I was very satisfied with my experience! The manager there Val was very attentive and personable when it came to fixing my phone. Got really great service and the process was super simple. Would definitely come back if I break any of my other electronic devices!

  I am very thankful for Val! She was super helpful and thorough. She was very friendly and did a great job explaining what was going on. Even went above and beyond by recommending restaurants while we waited for my phone to get fixed.

  The service I received was amazing. Valerie looked at the computer, listened to my concerns, diagnosed and resolved all in a matter of 15 minutes. Valerie have me a couple options, both extremely reasonable prices. I’m the end my computer was fixed and I left very satisfied with the services levels Asurion provided. I highly recommend this store.
