  The apartment complex is excellent and well maintained. The leasing staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. I've lived in several apartments in the past 15 years and Ashton Pointe has the best level of service I've ever experienced at an apartment. Maintenance staff are punctual and never did they make a mistake. Very clean complex. The rent is not cheap but it's worth it.

  Gorgeous grounds, and nicely maintained apartments. The leasing staff all displayed the legendary southern courtesy and hospitality.

  The apartments are nice, the maintenance crew responds same-day, and that ladies that work in the administration office are extremely helpful and friendly.

  Been living here for a year and the carpets are disgusting & super cheap.
  When we moved in to the apartment it smelled like dog really bad. Carpet looked clean at the beginning but it felt rough/hard & dirty on my feet (gave me goosebumps) only took a couple weeks for all the nasty stains to start showing on the carpet. Simply disgusting.
  
  They should have apartments pet free. For people who don't have pets.

  Have lived here for almost 2 years. Great place to live! Apartments are new and clean. The front desk is extremely helpful. Cali and Laura have been fantastic since even before I moved in by helping me whenever I need it. Maintenance crew is top notch. No complaints at all.

  Pros: Beautiful apartments, lovely amenities, Corporate help when problems arose, and great maintenance staff.
  
  Cons: There are constant gun shots in the woods behind the apartments. There is also silver fish and ear wigs IN apartments. Mold is bad on the windows (must clean windows everyday). Walls and floors are thin; prepare to tip toe! Not a good place for a large dog or even for a heavy walker due to thin floors. Lastly, the assistant manager Cali is very rude. You will get the run around. Do not be afraid to contact corporate if you have a problem. HHHunt (Corporate) is very helpful and understanding.
  The pros are the only reason I gave this apartment a two star.
  *If you are MILITARY I am telling you that I wished I would have lived on base.*
