We lived here about two years and loved it. We were sad to go but it was time to move. Loved the pool, our neighbors and management staff. It was our home and we loved it. Anytime we needed anything fixed, they took immediate care of it.

I lived there for 6 years and I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed it. The staff was great. I loved when they put the lock on the pool because strangers were coming in and it would be over crowded. Close to the mall area and walking distance to many pubs. The only factor they couldn't help was who rented around you. Had small yappy dog below me once, had couple with SCREAMING non stop children but staff worked with me to give me a quite renter my last year. Traffic is terrible during concerts and Christmas shopping time, but location more than makes up for it. They are just building the newest apartments, so can speak to service after all those renters start using same facilities.

This is by far and away the best complex I have ever lived in. I can't say enough good things about the management and staff. The management is helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance requests are usually completed within 24 hours. The people who work in the office are so friendly and know your name even though there are hundreds of people who live in the complex. It has two small but well stocked work-out facilities and a nice pool. It is close to so many things (mall, restaurants, movie theater, Wright State, Wright Patt Air Force Base) and is close to a freeway so it is easy to get to places quickly. Also, the price is very reasonable. If you are looking for a place in the area you won't find a better apartment complex.

Ashton Brooke is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly. Whenever maintenance requests have been made, they have fixed things right away. The area is quiet, but it is also so close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I would recommend Ashton Brooke to anyone!!

I have lived in Ashton Brook about 6 months. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this community. The complex is beautiful, the people are nice and the apartment is very spacious. I have lived in a number of apartment complex's and this is by far the best. The staff is incredible, there is an employee named Jennifer who takes care of my family and I every time we need anything. I would love to talk to her bosses and ask them to give her a raise because it is rare to receive personal attention that thorough. I would recommend anyone I know move in because it has been a phenomenal experience!
