I bought my 2017 focus here and had the best experience! Mark was so friendly and helpful. He made the whole process so simple and stress free! I will definitely return for future purchases

I was amazed at the genuine concern displayed by Randy in service and also Charles in sales. Kudos to both of them for all of their support and help. My wife and I will definitely be back when it's time for our next vehicle

Welcomed to the business minute walked in the door. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Took car back quickly, and could actually watch them do all the checks on the car. Could not be happier. Would recommend greatly.

I have been using Asheville Ford's Quick Lane since 2009 and have always been satisfied with their work. If the work requested is going to take more than 2 hours I always a request a courtesy ride to home. They will even call and make arrangements to pick me up when my car is ready. Quick Lane service representatives are knowledgeable and are always very responsive to my questions. If you live in Buncombe County I highly recommend using Asheville Ford for your vehicle service needs.

Bill Simpson, Fixed Ops Manager at Asheville Ford used the scare tactic and threats in attempt to coax me and my spouse from posting our personal reviews about our experiences with the Asheville Ford Lincoln Location in Asheville NC. This tactic should expose what really goes on at this location, but is hidden by staff like Bill, who uses his position of power to threaten you for stating your experience as a consumer on the review section of their web page. Since this time the webpage where I posted my review has gone away. If not mistaken I thought the review section for customers was created to help improve businesses for the better!!!! I guess some just do not wish to be better or do better.

Recently purchased a new car (less than 100 miles on it) and within a week’s time the car had to have major mechanical work done on it. As paying customer’s we expressed our concerns about the new car’s reliability after having to have major work done to it so soon. We were provided no options to renegotiate a deal on the price and or given the ability to switch the vehicle for another vehicle at equal value. We were without a car for one week for this reason while it was being fixed. We were able to get a rental after having to plead with staff why we needed a replacement car in the meantime while the car required to be worked on. So I posted WHAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS to the website. Consequently, this posting was used against my husband who went in three months later to have the oil changed. Bill Simpson proceeded to be VERY RUDE, and DISREPECTFUL by using the “puppet tactic” of threatening my husband that by stating “if you expect” to have our car serviced (Still under full warranty, etc.) that we must agree to not post any other negative posts to the website because “it makes Ford look bad!” Yes, as to witness to Bill’s poor customer service/ behavior, were several family members present along with and a cell phone (camera’s lights action). The Corporate office has yet to respond to the certified letter sent to date. This is not customer service Asheville Ford. Do not get me wrong our experience was not all bad, we worked with some exceptional staff but for those who lacked professionalism, and what it means to provide customer service has permanently damaged the brand for me and my family. We pray that NO one will have to experience the same disrespect we did at Asheville Lincoln Ford (Brevard Rd, Asheville NC).

My first service after purchasing a used F150 truck was very good. They completed my service, rotated tires, washed my truck within an hour and at NO CHARGE!! I appreciated that. They were courteous.

I love there waiting room because it is so relaxing with free bottled water and coffee. Very comfortable furniture and free WiFi with tables for those who had to get a little work done while waiting. The work on my car was extensive so they gave me a free loaner car.

Contacted the dealership a day prior to coming to look at a car. This model particular model was available in three different years and prices on their lot, according to the website. The day of going to the dealership (95 miles away) we were also in contact via text with the salesperson who reported the car would be ready to drive as soon as we got there (the least expensive and oldest of the three available). We arrived, we're re-routed to a different salesperson, the car no where to be found. We went to look at the more expensive model while waiting for the car to be found. Some time later the salesperson came back and reported the car was in the shop and had serious mechanical issues and would not be sold. Of course, at this point we were encouraged to consider the more expensive, newer model. No thanks. Left and went to Sisk Ford in Forest City, NC, spoke with a dealer on the way regarding another car we were interested in, it was ready to go 30 minutes later when we arrived, they gave us a very fair trade amount for our car and we agreed to a deal. No fuss, no muss. Take note, Asheville Ford. You're not the only show in town.

I gave 5 stars for sales but the service should get only 1, so I averaged it out. Great place for buying a car but for service head to Ken Wilson. I waited 1.5 hours for my car to be worked on, only to be lied to in the end. Even left a polite message for Jack and he hasn't call me back after a week. Had a great experience at KW and they called after just to make sure everything went well.

I have my F150 serviced at Asheville ford. The staff are very nice and always recommending the service required to continue my 100 thousand mile warranty. I just had the engine light come on and took it to the service department and they worked it in that day and had it back to me that afternoon. Great service just wish it wasn't so expensive to work on as I am a disabled vet on a fixed income. I would recommend Asheville ford to my friends for service.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Asheville Ford. I had an emergency engine issue with my F250 while on a family trip en route to Charlotte. Even with a full garage at 4pm on a Monday, the team at Asheville Ford was willing to take me in and they got us back on the road in about an hour. They saved our trip and were incredibly kind to work with throughout the process, even though we were unexpected and they were beyond busy. We worked with Brody, and he was as professional and friendly as it gets. Thank you so much!

    Wonderful!

Sales team was informative, inquisitive, and on point the entire time. They were upfront and honest. They even got me my vehicle from Huntersville, almost 280 miles away!

Most people stay away from dealerships because of dishonesty and ill intentions. But at Asheville Ford I was only met with honesty, integrity, and respect. Hands down best Ford dealership in the Western North Carolina!

I purchased a used Tahoe from another Ford Dealership and started hearing a noise coming from the rear-end. A friend of mine who is a mechanic looked at it and told me it was the Air Ride suspension going out. I took it back to the dealership I had originally purchased it from, and they stated they checked the Air Ride suspension and that there were no leaks. I left feeling confused, because in no way should a vehicle make that noise. I drove it for 2 more weeks until I needed a routine service.even with it making that horrible noise.

I called Asheville Ford to schedule a routine service, and thank God I had mentioned to them the noise as well. They took a look at it and first thing was like it sounds like your air ride suspension is having a difficult time pumping up. They kept the vehicle over night and had it fixed right away! Randy got the part from a local Chevy dealership, instead of ordering the part--which was perfect because I have two small children and it would have been such a hassle to have to bring the vehicle back up there once the part was in and then waiting to have the vehicle fixed. I was so please with how they handle the whole situation.

The Tahoe's Windshield Wiper fluid sensor was also broken, I had also mention it at the other dealership--They just cleared the message for me, and then a week later it popped back up but at Asheville Ford they let me know the sensor was actually broken and should be replaced. It wasn't under warranty but we happily paid the amount because they were honest and upfront about it.

I loved that they didn't just push me off and just do the bare minimal, but went above and beyond to get things fixed. Thank you Asheville Ford, I am now going to continue to bring my car here to get it service!
