DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! Please I’ve worked here for almost two years..I don’t know where to begin.. The kitchen is filled with roaches and there has been a rodent issue since I’ve started it is FILTHY.
They have not been able to hold a DON I’ve seen people come and and never seem to last…This company is falling to pieces we have been short staffed for months now and HR has ignored our please for help. The ratio for your family members to the staff members they have available is law breaking and dangerous.!!!
They do NOT listen to the staff members and they are now withholding my pay and not allowing me to use my PTO for a sick day.
I spoke to LAURA from HR and she sarcastically asked me why I called in and scoffed and laughed and said I would not be able to use my PTO because I put my two week notice in MY PTO IS TIME THAT I HAVE EARNED AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN FROM ME. I will be following up with the Texas workforce commission and calling state. Management here is rude and unprofessional.

my friend worked their 30 years ago and was falsely accused of abuse by a hispanic nursing aide. it did damage to where she was decriminated against when applying for other job unrelated to nursing aide. if you are white do not work there the hispanic nursing aides are nasty and will harrase you until you quite

Morningside is a great place to live and work. Caring for those who cared for us just about says it all. The dedication and care from employee to resident is untouchable. My grandmother lived there in the 90's and having raised ten children it was nice to see her being cared for with such love and devotion by the staff.

I work at Morningside for 21 years. The staff and administration are top notch. In addition my family entrusted four loved ones to their care and were always pleased.

Morningside Ministries is a wonderful place to work! In my short time with the company I have had the chance to grow as a professional. I am so blessed to have found this company and get a chance to explore the skills I've developed in my college studies.
Further, they've allowed and encouraged my continually professional learning in multimedia, graphic design, etc. Having a company that believes in you is greater than any gift you could ever receive.
