We had a water leak coming from our water heater. It was a weekend when it happened. We called and Emmanuel came in to check same day. We replaced the water heater, they were very professional and fast. Price was right and Emmanuel gave us all the information we needed comparing between a tank vs tankless, rebates and maintenance. The installation came with a 6 year warranty. Overall, we would recommend this company.

I highly recommend Miguel & his son who kindly came out to my property twice to assess my water heater issue. The diagnosis was helpful, but the project needed is much bigger than I knew and unfortunately out of my personal price range at this time. They were very communicative, responsive & knowledgable so I will surely use their expertise in the future!

I called service squad on a Sunday afternoon about a potential leak in my main service line to the city. They were at my house in an hour and working to identify and repair the issue. Emmanuel was extremely professional and helped repair the leak that same day. It was 3 hours from my initial call until the repair was completed. What a relief! Their pricing was very reasonable given the situation and time we called. Will be 100% using them again and would recommend them for any home service needs

Emmanuel and Service Squad really take customer service to the next level. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment and Emmanuel arrived within the time window that was set, none of this "I'm running late" and arriving an hour later. I really appreciate how prompt he was. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be calling Emmanuel and the Service Squad for all my plumbing needs and you should too!
