Stay at Ariel dunes 2 with my family of 5 in a 1 bedroom condo and i must say we had a very good time. Location was closed to the beach prob.about a 3-5 min walk. we were also close in driving distance to some shopping areas and grocery stores. The only problem i had was our condo had a really weird odor when we got therewe eventually ended up getting air freshener for the store to take care of the smell.

Arrived at the condo pretty late so we ended up getting the shoddy room, which had BED BUGS. I don't remember which unit it was but luckily, I was using my phone on the pull out sofa and I noticed something crawling in front of my face. I immediately got out of the bed and grabbed a cup to capture the bed bug. I know if there's one then there will be hundreds more. I looked around the couch and found ANOTHER bed bug hiding in the covers. I contacted management around 1am. They gave us a refund for that night and upgraded our room (funny because they said up front that there weren't any rooms available). On the bright side, the upgraded room was so much better. Very clean, ginormous balcony and master bedroom/bathroom, and a higher quality sofa.

While Ariel Dunes is very nice, the pools very enjoyable, and it is a short walk to the beach. Our family of 10 had a good time in many respects, but were very much unhappy with cono 1009. I am finding it hard to find a place where I can lodge complaints so ended up here.

This condo is mistakenly stated that it is good for up to 10 people. What they do not tell you is that the bunk beds are for children as it is difficult, at best, for adults to get into the bunk beds. And, they are bunk beds in a very tiny room no larger than a closet!

The condo is designed for two couples and their children. There are two beds in one bedroom which I hesitate to call beds. Our daughter and son-in-law found it almost impossible to sleep on either one. One of them made all kinds of noise just by pushing down on it. In essence, they were depolorable.

The sofa was in such bad shape that we didn't dare put children on it, but rather used a blow up bed. When you sit down on the sofa, it is like sitting on a block of wood.

The chairs at the dining table were so used that it was like sitting in a hole. That was true for all of them. The kitchen had just old cookware and, strangely enough, only 4 forks. Odd, since there were 10 of us.

Needless to say, this is the worst place we have ever stayed. I would not recommend this place if they paid me to stay there. I can recommend the balcony. We were all but fighting over who could get the reclining chair to get some sleep. It is hard to have a really good time when your body is sore and you have not slept!! The owner needs to know this!

Never will I ever stay at Seascape Ariel dunes if it the condo is managed by my Bill Williamson He is a very rude person. The unit 402 was dirty appliances did not work air was behind lock and key set at 74 degrees. Called to tell him issues where he proceeded to cuss me then apologise I let that go at the end of stay I wrote him to tell him of the things he needed to change where he proceeded to tell me I stole a shower curtain tore up his air and dumped sand In the tub all of which are total lies. So he was not refunding my deposit this is completely outrageous Seascape really needs to look at who they have managing their units

I will never pay to be harassed. Never felt so unwelcomed. Customer service lost. So sad. Been fan of destin fort Walton beach since i was a kid. I'll never come back to Seacape. No lobby employee ever present and the extremely rude staff at pool was final straw.

We stayed in an Ariel dunes condo for 8 days with our family of 7, and it was very nice. Beach was a 5 minute walk, views from the front and back balconies were beautiful. Building was clean, elevators were fast. It was everything we wanted.
