I always enjoy stopping at Arco to fill up it's a one stop shop!

Worst experience ever trying to get a car wash. Went in paid for premium service. Took the car through the wash, and it stopped within 1 minute. Wash process didn't even go through the entire car properly, then exit sign came on. That was not the worst part, went in to talk to the cashier behind the counter. He was helpless and rude. Wouldn't refund the money, couldn't re-start the Car wash again to wash properly, wouldn't come out to look at the car. Didn't know managers contact information and to make matters worst started yelling loudly!! Saying 'I can't do anything, Don't you understand' 'Just step aside'. He didn't know what to do basically.He was like a deer in the headlightsIt's a shame people put in for service don't know how to provide it.

What bothered me was allowing people to beg for money right in the parking lot. This can't be good for business. It was very irritating and no matter how many times you said no they wouldn't leave people alone. They should be banned from panhandling on businesses property.

It's less expensive than some but the pumps often don't work. It definitely needs a remodel or refresh.

Well, I've rated this store before, but it must be on my other profile.
Anyway, this store is no longer an Arco. It is now a 7-11 store. The turnover went into effect just a couple of days ago (October 1 🤔?) Most of the staff have stayed, but there's new management. Overall, I've been coming here for over 15 years, and there's really been no noticeable change, since the change of ownership and franchise. I'll rate up or down, as I continue to receive service.
EDIT: I now feel compelled to advise all readers that, while the former Arco had management issues, with ordering specific sundries, now that they're a 7-11, they've gotten worse. So much so, that I've chosen to never frequent them, again. I just went in to get coffee ☕, prior to work, and, while I used to get mildly frustrated when they didn't have sugar (which was often), today was the death-knell. I couldn't find any lids for the cup, to which I was told, "Oh, we're out of those". 😳 How the heck does the store expect me to drive out of there?? 🤷♂️🤦♂️ So, yeah, I can't deal with the ordering incompetency, anymore. 👋👋response / report this review
