Ian at Aqua Brite was absolutely incredible. The company was professional, always on time, and was able to fix a botched job from a previous company that our home warranty sent out. Above all, He made himself accessible to questions via text message when I was at work. Thank you Ian & Aqua Brite for good service. I highly recommend if you are searching for help with your pool.

My spa stopped working and Ian stayed on top of things until it was fixed. Even through all this crazy supply chain issues, they didn't forget about us and got my spa working perfectly!! Thanks Aqua Brite and Ian!!

Ian from Aqua brite pool service was great with his service in replacing my pool heater and pool pump. Very professional and attentive to what he did. Communication was the best of the best to keep you inform when he coming by for the appointment and keeping on track of the work order.

The is a contractor that First American Home Warranty sent to replace my pool pump. I immediately looked at yelp reviews and asked First American to send a different contractor due to all the bad reviews. They refused stating they won't do that just based on reviews. Ian was sent out who barely looked at it. They made an appointment to install what was supposed to be a new pump then cancelled it without notifying me after I took a day off of work to be home. I called the office to ask specifically if it was to be a new pump or rebuilt pump based on reviews stating they say it's new but that's not what gets installed. He came to install it and I watched to make sure it appeared new. He took it out of a sealed box so I assumed it was. I am getting ready to have the pool itself redone and have had several pool contractors out to give estimates. They all told me my pump was a single speed pump. I had a variable speed pump which the same insurance company made me upgrade to bring it up to code. I called Ian who indicated that the insurance company authorized a rebuilt single speed pump. So you're telling me you downgraded my pump to something that is not up to code and you lied when you told me it was new. Either Aqua Brite Pools is scamming the insurance company or they are in cahoots together. Reporting them to every agency I can think of. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Evaluated our noisy filter pump for warranty service. Zach was the technician that serviced the call. Very professional, friendly and informative. Provided good insight and answered all my questions.
