This guy was such a life saver!! I had a Fridge/freezer door that wouldn't close. I was quite concerned about the food thawing. He is very knowledgeable and found a very quick fix (a loose screw) and took the time to show me how to remove and replace the freezer drawers. He was there exactly when he said he'd be and it was quite short notice on my part. I can't say enough of how helpful and pleasant and informative and quick he was!!! I'd like to give him 15 stars!!

We used this Appliance repair several times and were happy with the performance, however the technician for the Grand Rapids area moved over a year ago and still has not been replaced. They now have to send someone from across the state which is a wait of several weeks and quite expensive. Very disappointing!

I had the privilege to have the owner into my home and repair my electric dryer. It was fast and affordable. He was great at making us feel like the most important customer of the day!
