  Seen the billboard on 95, called them up they came out the same day to give estimate, they finished the roof the same day and give me a 10 yr guarantee on the rood for no leaks I highly recommend them

  I handle many things on behalf of my mother as she is unable to do so. On April 18, 2022 (10:07 a.m.), I contacted City Wide. My mom thought she had a leak (which she didn't) & we were aware it has been years since maintenance was done on the roof. Spoke w/Elan who was pleasant & down-to-earth. Elan informed me I would be contacted when someone was available to inspect Mom's roof. Steve called me on April 18th to inform me he'll be at mom's house in 40 minutes. Steve inspected mom's roof & we spoke regarding what needs to be done. He informed me I would get a call to schedule a day to do the work. I did not receive that phone call, however, the gentlemen came to do the work on April 26th. I do not reside w/my mother so I would have to drive down to provide payment. Called City Wide to inform them I didn't receive the call but the workers were present & I had to drive down to my mother's house. My 2 year old nephew had just fallen asleep. Elan told me not to worry about it as he'll send me a link & I can pay on line. That was a relief as I didn't have to rush to mom's house with the baby. Elan stated he would send me photos of the work that was done on Mom's roof. As promised, he did so. Saw many negative reviews & I was surprised because I never had an issue with City Wide. I've dealt w/City Wide for many years & have referred them to others. Thank you Elan & the City Wide team for taking care of Mom. Regards, D.Cruz

  I obtained estimates from 2 companies to install a shingle roof on my single home in pine valley. The estimator Jimmy communicated that he would visit the property and provide a written estimate with scope of work. CityWide was not the cheapest estimate I received, however after reviewing the guarantee and choosing materials they contacted me with an install date. The salesperson was honest and upfront that I may have a slight delay due to weather . This was fine with me, I would rather wait for ideal conditions when spending this kind of money.
  The new roof looks great and the installers did a fantastic job ensuring I had no debris left behind. . Thank you Citywide. I have several properties and will continue our business relationship

  We had a brand new roof done from this company a year ago. Used them for years prior with no problems until we needed them to fix this massive leak.
  
  We have severe leaking. Calling them for months, texting too. No response. Completely unprofessional to not communicate with your long standing clients!! Everything has been documented for our lawyer.
  
  Update 9/2/20: In response to yours:
  Your company never secured our roof when the tree fell (over a year ago)??? We in fact had a tree company come out and remove the tree and then your company came to replace our entire roof. Again, this was over a year ago.
  
  My husband and I have been calling your company since June 2020. We have spoken with Elan and Jimmy. Jimmy asked for us to text him our address. We did and text him thereafter several times (no response but he did read all of our texts).
  
  To date one person from your company has been to our home. We were told a final repair would be done to stop the constant water damage we are having. No one has ever been back out or called us to confirm WHEN this will be fixed. We have security cameras to prove this and have been home due to the pandemic since March 2020.
  
  I will state on the record, that City Wide did email us multiple times today after receiving this review. We are in great hopes they do follow through and call us tomorrow to honor our warranty and fix this roof once and for all.

  I first hired City Wide 10yrs ago at my house in Manayunk to replace my roof and they were very reasonable and competitive. My new home in Rockledge needed a new roof as well and hire City Wide again and have been pleased by their results. I recently had some water from a torrential downpour from my doorway on my upstairs deck leading to the roof, and Tom came out the next morning to inspect and make sure the roof was in good shape. He also gave me his opinion and advice on how to proceed. I am very pleased with the work that City Wide does for their customers.
