The selection and price are fair. Paying for anything is of course a terrible experience the lines are slow and if you don't jump through their hopes you feel like you're paying more than everybody else.

Got a great deal when I signed up for my Kohls card, they always have something good on sale and the staff is usually pretty friendly. By a lot if you're signing up for a card because you get an extra % off the sale price

The store is a disaster today. The only department in order is the Hallmark Cards, they are ready for Valentines Day. The LCD signage throughout the store is terrible, hard to read. Bad idea especially for seniors. I was disappointed in their sale prices today.

This is the worst Kohl's in the Toledo area. The store is generally a mess with only a few people working registers. One time around Christmas, I spent an hour trying to find a few times, got in line only to find out there was a buy one get one on a shirt I was purchasing, which was not marked. Left a coupon on the counter and said I would be back. The cashier then made me go to the back of the line and when it was my turn again said I did not leave a coupon with her. I ended up just walking out. I've never been back and don't plan on it any time soon.
