My mom was setup to have physical therapy with Applegate Homecare and for the past 5 weeks no one has shown up or called to state they are not coming. I find this very unprofessional and the phone number they have on google is a fax number. I'm very dissatisfied with their work and organization of their patients. I wouldn't recommend them unless they change their management and staffing.
