  The food was good but the service was not great. Our waitress wasn't very friendly and the shirt she had on was low in the back, so low you could clearly see her bra. And much of her back was showing. I only want to see the meat on my plate....not her back😖

  Alex, our server, forgot to recommend the gift card there and it says if the server forgets you can get a free boneless chicken platter gift card. After asking him for this he got personally offended and was rude the rest of the night and STILL did NOT give us the free card. Unbelievable!!
  This is the 4rd AppleBee's I've been to that doesn't "Have the 12oz steak in stock" its not just this restaurant its the entire AppleBee's chain. Pretty disappointing.

  My first time here will not be my last. I truly enjoyed my experience. I especially enjoyed meeting the staff like Veronica from Adel, Faith and Kimberly the manager. The group here really treats their customers like stars. 👏👏👏👍👍👏👏👏. A round of applause and two thumbs up to the day shift at Applebees you guys and gals are outstanding even indoors.

  This is the 3rd AppleBee's I've been to that doesn't "Have the 12oz steak in stock" its not just this restaurant its the entire AppleBee's chain. Pretty disappointing.
  Besides that, service was great.

  I enjoyed eating here, I eat here at least 5 times a month. Food is always fresh and lately the customer service has been on point. Worth spending time at the location

  Service was fairly fast given it was graduation night. We sat at the bar and bartenders were very attentive. Food was delicious we got the 2 for $25 with wings for the appetizer and the 4 Cheese mac and cheese. I have never had any issues here ALWAYS on point.

  How do you send food back  twice and the manager doesn't come over? I asked for my burger to be a little pink and the egg to be cooked well on the All Day Brunch Burger....all I wanted was a burger....😕 and the manager tried to hold back of anger for me asking why the sandwich had to go back twice for the same issue.... customer service lacking...

  So we called at 9.15 pm to place a to go order because we couldn't find sweet potato fries in the online ordering app. When called the person on the phone was extremely not helpful.. and said that they couldn't take to go orders over the phone after 9.00 pm but we could order from the app. We proceeded to let her know that we couldnt find sweet potato fries anywhere on the app but she refused to help. Dude we looked under everything. Under the menu. We order regularly from Applebees ". How hard is it to just take the order over phone.
